On the first storey level the merbau timber decking is in excellent condition. This is attached to an iron roof and with the ballast on the houseboat it enables the water to run off easily. The sun canopy has a stainless steel frame and is ready for either a new canvass canopy or you may wish to attach composite aluminium sheets. However, the expensive part, the stainless steel frame is there and in good condition.

This area provides a great relaxation space; just imagine sitting up to a BBQ dinner at the outdoor dining setting or just relax enjoying the sunshine.

For a houseboat in this section of the market, Wyewurri has very good Solar Electrics with a 3000watt Inverter, a Victron Energy Smart Solar Charge Controller and 6 x FIAM SMG/S 860 Gel Batteries. These are fed by 4 solar panels on the roof. A KIPOR GS 2000 Generator is there to back up the system.

Wyewurri, especially in this section of the houseboat market has many pluses with the open layout, side kitchen and rear lounge, plus the rear deck with hydraulic duckboard.
