The Leeder 710 Hardtop Deluxe is a highly versatile all-rounder. It's spacious and powerful enough for offshore adventures, yet compact and manageable enough to be easily trailered.
The interior has been thoughtfully designed to maximize space and includes all the essential comforts for weekend getaways.
Accommodation is well catered for with a total of four adult sized berths. The forward cabin features two single berths that can be quickly converted to a double bed with an infill cushion. The dinette table can be lowered to create a single berth, while the stern seating can also be converted into another single berth.
There is a compact galley behind the helm station with some clever design features. A two-burner stove is hidden away under the helm chair when not in use. The sink has a pressure water supply and an extending worktop/table. Under the dinette seats on the port side is a self-draining icebox and a 12v Engel fridge. There is also a removable flexible solar panel with regulator and battery to power the Engel fridge for extended stays.
Just forward of the helm is a private enclosed bathroom with an electric head. Definitely a feature the ladies will love.
The dependable Mercruiser 5.0 MPI with a Bravo 3 Sterndrive and Duoprop effortlessly push the boat up to a top speed of 30 knots, with a comfortable cruising speed of around 24 knots. In September 2023 the motor and sterndrive had major service completed that included new exhaust manifolds, elbows, hoses etc etc. The owner spent over $17,000 on this comprehensive service. To view the invoice and complete scope of work please open the attached PDF. The motor has only done an additional 48 hours since the major service.
The motor has also been upgraded with a Mercury Vessel View Module. VesselView Mobile makes it easy to keep track of fuel usage, engine temperature, battery life, rpm and more. It delivers key data to an app on your iOS or Android device.
Another notable upgrade is the Zipwake dynamic trim control system. This impressive system can operate in fully automatic mode and significantly enhances the boat's performance, fuel economy, comfort and safety when accelerating, turning or running in a seaway.
The helm has a clean and uncluttered layout with a comfortably cushioned helm chair, engine controls are logically positioned, while the dashboard allows easy monitoring of all instruments.
The foredeck has a big hatch so that dock lines and the anchor can be handled without going on deck.
Despite all the creature comforts that have been included in the cabin and saloon, the Leeder 710 still has all the cockpit space needed for fishing or relaxing. Access to the cockpit from the water or a dinghy is provided by a full-width marlin board and a folding ladder. There are padded seats each side of the engine installation and a cockpit shower at the transom. A large Magma BBQ mounts on the stainless grab rail and is removable when not in use.
The boat comes complete with a very good Dunbier tandem axle trailer with electric brakes. The trailer had a significant overhaul in November 2024 that included new cross members and other parts. Total spent was close to $5000.
The current owner has meticulously maintained this boat and has spared no expense in doing so. The boat and trailer both present in fantastic condition. There is nothing left to spend. An inspection will not disappoint.
