A popular NZ built family cruiser-racer, the 30ft Alan Wright designed Lotus 9.2 offers a great combination of roomy accommodation and good club racing performance. This 1985 built Lotus 9.2 was fully imported from NZ and fitted from new with a taller rig to enhance her all-round performance. She has enjoyed considerable club racing success over the years. She can sleep up to 6 in comfort and has a surprising amount of space below decks with a spacious main cabin, dinette table, well appointed galley and a good sized navigation table. There is excellent storage throughout. The cockpit is generous too, with plenty of room for crew, family and friends to share in the sailing experience.
There is an excellent wardrobe of 12 sails including storm sails and 3 spinnakers. Electronics includes Raymarine Log, Boat Speed, Depth and Wind instruments plus HF and VHF radios and an Autopilot. She is powered by a well maintained Yanmar 2QM15 diesel engine driving an Autostream 2 blade feathering propeller.
This well maintained Lotus 9.2 is roomy and comfortable enough to take family and friends away for a weekend or a week, yet fast enough to club race and twilight successfully around the buoys. A great combination at an affordable price!
