Hanse 315

Meseini Raumua is a 2017 Hanse 315 for sale with YOTI on Sydney Harbour.

This is a current model yacht in excellent condition and represents huge saving on a new order.

Meseini was ordered to a very high level specification and has since been updated intelligently and maintained in impressive condition. Original upgrades include the larger Volvo engine, folding propeller, upgraded flooring / upholstery / woodwork, upgraded Cruise Laminate sails by Elvstrom, twin wheel steering with seriously cool black composite wheels, full nav pack with under deck auto-pilot, AIS, and chart-plotter. Impressively full synthetic teak decks were chosen - a massive upgrade which still present in superior condition (very little to no maintenance required). The dodger and bimini were new in just October 2024 plus there is a, large awning with battens that zips to the dodger for cockpit protection when at anchor. A proper solar system is installed with two separate regulators with Bluetooth capability.

For fun and performance, a furling asymmetric spinnaker was added new in just 2023. The in-mast furling mainsail and furling self-tacker both have vertical battens. This is a fun and easy sail plan. This is a yacht designed to sail.

This is a two double berth layout which will impress. The forward double was upgraded to be the flexible folding berth option - giving space when needed and a generous berth for cruising. It's also the open bulkhead design which simply makes sense on a 31-footer. The galley with fridge, stove and oven is complete. The nav station and switchboard sits to port. A second (and even bigger) cabin sits aft. The head and shower to port puts other boats in her class to shame. There is also a large cockpit storage locker. A full set of cockpit cushions in great condition are included.

With the in-mast furling mainsail, auto-pilot, and self-tacker, this is genuinely a yacht you can take out for a spin on your own with ease. She boasts a massive cockpit which rivals much bigger yachts so ample room for the full crew. The swim / boarding platform gives even more space and easy access to the water or onto the dock.

With new replacement cost including factory and local upgrades currently sitting at around $470,000, Meseini Raumua is a very attractive option for those considering new and her condition is refreshing.
