Bruce Roberts 53 Version G

If you have ever dreamed of setting off across oceans or living aboard amongst tropical islands or maybe you're more adventurous and want to explore the higher latitudes, then this boat is the one to do it in. A Bruce Roberts 53 Version G launched in 2008, made of 1/4 inch thick plate steel with every conceivable system and backup system imaginable. All the sails are furling and her winches are all hydraulic making her easy for a couple to manage. Tios Jem is rigged with the very best of heavy duty cruising gear and systems - bow thruster, haydraulic anchor winches at bow and stern, hydraulic sheet and halyard winches, 2 autopilot's, 316 stainless solid life lines all round, water tight collision bulkheads and comprehensive electrical systems and electronics. The current owners have owned her for 8 years and have sailed Tios Jem extensively around Bass Strait and Tasmania and have spent countless hours and $$$ maintaining, painting and upgrading systems. This is a large volume boat in fantastic condition which will take you anywhere you desire in comfort and absolute safety at a price that is a fraction of what it would cost to replace ; or any other yacht for that matter. UPDATE - Tios Jem has recently undergone a mini re-fit including a complete bottom job and topside paint and upgrades to the interior - please see the new pictures.
