Extensively upgraded and presenting in fantastic condition, "Enterprise" presents itself as a truly one-of-a-kind package. Delivered in 1996 by Riviera, the first owner then professionally extended the transom, adding 6ft of wet cockpit and extending the bottom of the hull, giving improved handling and sea keeping characteristics. Under the current ownership, the vessel was repowered with a pair of BRAND-NEW Cummins diesel engines, also benefiting from NEW interior trim and lining and a host of upgraded electronics. Carrying all the benefits of the aft cabin layout with outstanding accommodation for a vessel of its size, with the retention in functionality through the addition of the second wet cockpit, "Enterprise" is truly a vessel you cannot miss!
The great extended transom and aft cockpit now provides a space where water-based activities can take place, whether it be fishing, diving or a water sports area for the kids. The extension was carried out by a professional team under the direction of the original owner to factory standards, where the bottom of the hull was also extended, ultimately benefiting the handling and sea keeping characteristics. The wet cockpit houses a fantastic swim platform with stainless steel railing and a hot and cold shower for rinsing off. The original dry cockpit and now upper aft deck is thoughtfully lined with thick teak which presents in fantastic condition, while a set of black canvases line the safe perimeter. All steps on board are moulded for easier movement.
The saloon is light and airy with tall windows and excellent panoramic views. ALL interior lining was retrimmed in 2023 and has the interior feeling almost like new. The saloon sports a large U-shape settee for easily 6 guests around the varnished timber dinette. Opposite is an excellent amount of storage that at the most forehead end leads to the lower-level helm station - a fantastic feature. The lower helm, while simplistic, is well equipped with digital engine monitoring, updated throttle controls, trim tab controls and an upgraded Simrad VHF unit. The galley sits to port in a U-shape configuration, sitting just two easy steps down from the main level but sharing the same airspace as the main saloon. The workspace is uncluttered with plenty of deep bench space, a 2-burner electric cooktop, microwave and a recently replaced Novacool fridge with plenty of storage throughout.
The accommodation available is exceptional for this size vessel, with a twin bunk room to starboard providing sleeping for 3 across one single and a convertible double berth beneath. A spacious double berth is forward with complete walk-around access. A large and fully equipped bathroom with separate shower stall and an electric marine toilet services the forward cabins. The enormous aft cabin features a queen-size double berth with full walk-around access and great storage space. A full private ensuite sits to starboard, featuring an electric marine toilet and separate shower stall.
Access to the engine room is easy from the owner's cabin, revealing an immaculate engine room that has to be seen to be appreciated. Housing NEW (2017) twin Cummins 500hp diesel engines with ONLY 190 HOURS (approx. ), providing a comfortable cruise speed of 16-18 knots and a WOT of 22-24 knots.
The flybridge can be accessed via the moulded central staircase from the aft deck/dry cockpit, revealing wonderful panoramic views through the full PVC clears that present in excellent condition. The flybridge helm is very well equipped with a NEW Furuno electronics package, 4KW radar, Cummins digital gauges, trim tab controls, updated Cummins throttle controls, remote searchlight, remote windlass controls, autopilot and an upgraded 1KW transducer. The additional flybridge seating comprises of two long lounges on each side, providing space for at least 7 in comfort, while a handy sink is positioned behind on the port side. Access to the tender is simple through an opening in the rear of the flybridge while an electric folding davit makes for easy launching and retrieval of the included Polycraft tender.
This rare and desirable vessel has been further improved through the addition of a second usable working cockpit and its host of other upgrades, resulting in a vessel which is now one-of-a-kind. Presenting in fantastic condition throughout, "Enterprise" is ready to cruise anywhere you may choose.
