Jeanneau Prestige 46 Flybridge LOW HOURS EXCEPTIONAL CONDITION

Spacious and immaculately presented, the 2007 Jeanneau prestige 46 "Marco Island" embodies great accommodation and practicality as the flagship model at the time of introduction.

While the exterior presents beautifully, the interior allows for simple spacious living and entertainment. The saloon benefits greatly from large windows and full glass cockpit sliding doors. The lounge area to the starboard side offers excellent seating and space for at least 5 around the folding dining table. Sitting adjacent to port and sunken down two steps is the well-equipped galley with a microwave and 3-burner gas stove.
Forward of the saloon lounge area is the helm with a broad range of engine instrumentation and controls, plus a Raymarine plotter overhead and joystick controls for both the bow AND stern thrusters. Sitting to opposite to port is a thoughtful raised dinette with the capability to seat 4 with ease.

The accommodation space is excellent with a central corridor leading forward to the mast cabin in the bow, offering walk-around access on both sides, plenty of storage and a private ensuite to the port side. The starboard side houses a generous double berth cabin with great headroom and floor space. This cabin has direct access to the second of two heads compartment with an adaptable separate shower compartment, servicing both guest cabins thanks to an additional access via the main corridor. The third cabin sits to port and is configured with an additional twin single berth layout with abundant storage throughout.

Marco Island has the added benefit of a fourth cabin for crew use, although this space has been converted to a storage area/garage at the stern with access via the cockpit on the starboard side. On deck, the spacious cockpit invites alfresco dining and relaxation with a large settee across the stern while NEW PVC clears (late 2024) enclose this area.
Further storage can be found in the cockpit lazarette, with a large floor access hatch central. This space houses the 9 Kva Cummins Onan generator, as well as providing access to the engine room forward where the twin Cummins QSC8.3 500hp engines rest with only 658 hours of use. This mechanical space presents beautifully with fantastic sound deadening throughout.

Access to the flybridge is simple thanks to a deep moulded staircase on the cockpit's port side, where the space aloft presents a vast living area. The NEW clears provide a great view and atmosphere with a large sun pad/day bed to the aft. Between the day bed and helm spaces, a thoughtful settee surrounding a table provide further seating. The flybridge helm sits forward with all controls, instruments and navigation equipment consistent with the lower-level helm.

The deck space is easy to transit with wide side decks, plenty of hand holds and high stainless-steel railing. The bow features a central sun pad area and multiple fender holders.

The duckboard/boarding platform is deep with lockable storage below foot, perfect for the tender's outboard engine. The Highfield tender is easily mounted using a pair of sliding fixed davits in company with the beautiful stainless steel hoop railing, featuring a bait board and BBQ.
Marco Island presents exceptionally, having seen low use and good upkeep, it is a great display of Jeanneau's premium Prestige 46 Flybridge.
