When the current owners of 'Ohana' purchased her through our office, they knew that she was ideal for exploring our waterways and giving great experiences for their young family. Over that time, they have had many amazing voyages and have put their considerable boating knowledge and love of timber cruisers into upgrading 'Ohana' and ensuring that she is cruising for many decades to come.
Built in the well-known and highly regarded boat building yard of Millkraft (Brisbane), 'Ohana' has proven to be a very capable and seaworthy vessel and recent improvements have brought her into a level very rarely seen in similar vessels. Further testament to both the current and previous owners desire to ensure that 'Ohana' be in the best possible condition, all refurbishment and shipwright work has been carried out by Norman Wright & Sons (Brisbane, QLD) and Regatta Marine (Gold Coast QLD).
Powered by a single 235hp John Deere engine (installed new in 2009), 'Ohana' cruises economically and is equipped with a Side-Power bow thruster to assist with maneuvering. She is set up for extending cruising, carrying 1,600 litres of fuel, 2,000 litres of water and is equipped with a 7.5kw generator. 'Ohana' is perfect for cruising with family and friends with a spacious saloon, large galley, ample refrigeration, functional living areas and accommodation for 9 onboard, including a great master stateroom with an island berth and ensuite.
Whilst 'Ohana' stands out from other classics with her remarkable condition, it is her extensive upgrades that really lifts her into the next level.
