CATERPILLAR GENSET  

The Genset is a Caterpillar 3054 diesel driving a 70KVA 3 phase Alternator, the unit is rated at 60KVA output and was replaced in January this year with a larger unit.
The genset was operational when removed and is mounted on a dedicated frame. Has received regular maintenance including recent rebuild of the injector pump and a replacement coolant pump. It is a 4-cylinder turbo charged unit.
Can't find a manufacture date on it but it would be approx. 20 years old. Engine hours unknown, It was used mostly as a backup unit. There are some related spare parts to go with the unit.
A recent quote from Caterpillar for a similar unit was 45k.
