Description: Switched Off Relocate From Lake Eildon
SWITCHED OFF - Relocate Off Lake Eildon
Switched Off is presented for relocation / transport to another Waterway off Lake Eildon.
Switched Off Does Not Come With a GMW Lake Eildon Houseboat License.
With that said, there are many people on the HCHS Data Base that have shown a strong interest in purchasing a houseboat in good condition at a very reasonable price to relocate to another waterway.
This is your opportunity.
Switched Off is currently stored at the Lake Eildon Industrial Park in Eildon Township.
Switched is presented WIWO with all the furniture, fittings, appliances, and equipment as shown in the photos and on the HCHS Sales Information Sheet included (please request a copy).
A big positive is the owner has sandblasted and painted the three pontoons whilst the houseboat has been stored in the yards. HCHS does have older photos of Switched Off on file out on Lake Eildon, which we are happy to share. With the three pontoons she does appear to sit very well in the water.
It will not be difficult to remove the Sun Canopy and other items on the top deck to enable her to be made ready for transport (to meet height restrictions when on the truck/trailer on the road).
Switched Off could do with an external paint job, however, the decks including the top deck appear to be in good condition (no soft spots).
The owner has informed me, before Switched Off was removed from the Lake the motor was working fine with no issues. It is important to note, this motor has only been used on the fresh water of Lake Eildon. However, a Pre-Purchase Mechanical Report can be organized with the Purchaser. If you are contemplating relocating Switched Off to a Brackish or Saltwater Waterway having an Outboard Motor is a plus.
As I have stated, Switched Off could do with an external paint job, however, the rest of the houseboat presents in a very good condition.
If you are seeking to relocate a houseboat in good condition at a very reasonable price, this could be your opportunity to have your own dream holiday home on the water.
