Description: FV GAIL JEANETTE III - 22.1M STEEL DANISH SEINE
FV GAIL JEANETTE III - 22.1M STEEL DANISH SEINE / DEMERSAL TRAWL VESSEL
The FV Gail Jeanette is currently configured for Danish Seine fishing in the Great Australian Bight and has an impressive track record in the fishery. The vessel has excellent sea-going capability and regularly yields between 8 to 12 Tonne of Flathead per trip (10 to 12 fishing days) with a fuel burn of between 8 to 10 Tonne per trip (danish-seining). The vessel is suitable for a conversion back to demersal-trawling and there is potential for the vessel to convert to pelagic longling with a large fish room, refrigerated brine capacity and large aft-deck area.
The 10 Year Renewal was completed in May 2020 and results from the Hull Condition Report conducted at the time are available upon request. The next out-of water survey is due in July 2025.
