This is a "true" maxi trailer boat for the offshore angler one weekend, a comfortable coastal cruiser the next or a brilliant entertainer when at anchor.

First Impressions are simply WOW!

The rig has a very comfortable cabin for overnighting or a place for the children to enjoy a kip on the large V berth with fitted padded cushions. The cabin is light and airy with good head room, a clever head incorporating a toilet plus a hot and cold water shower, a workable galley with a hot plate, fridge and sink, plus plenty of storage abounds throughout.

Seating is comfortable throughout the cockpit with practical design incorporating reverse seats behind the passenger and skippers chair, a great place to be the observer if trolling offshore or simply watching the wash created when underway... Under these seats ample storage is provided in these two holds as pictured.

The cockpit is well suited for the angler with under floor storage, a beautifully crafted custom made bait rigging station, plumbed live bait tank, raw water deck wash, under water transom lights and so much more....

On those hot summers days, grab a cold drink from the draw fridge or on the cold winter days, enjoy a hot pie from the pie warmer oven!

Atop of the hard top, a well thought out custom made stainless steel dinghy holder has been fabricated, these "viking" horns can be removed to lower the rigs overall height for storage.

Behind these a rod holder storage rack is installed along with LED cockpit fishing lights.

At the helm, everything is in its place and enjoy the spoils of an amazing array of electronics with dual large screen Garmin MFD units, GME VHF radio, Fusion stereo system, Zipwakes trim tabs, controls for the electric anchor winch all under the protection of the hard top roof.

The rig is powered by the new generation Mercury Verado AMS DTS 300Hp V8 four stroke. This engine was upgraded at the time of order from a V6 225Hp as the owner wanted genuine on water performance and the benefits of the top of the range AMS Verado DTS model. Also upgraded at the time of order was the fuel tank from the standard 240L to a 340L fuel tank for additional range.

The V8 Mercury was serviced prior to listing for sale by our local Mercury service centre for the buyers peace of mind.

On the Trailer

The trailer has also been upgraded in specs due to the level of fitout and additional weight added over a standard SL26. Therefore the trailers ATM has been increased from a standard 3500Kg ATM to a 3750Kg ATM with a 70mm tow ball, Hydrastar 4 wheel electrically activated hydraulic braking system.

If you are looking to tow, you are advised to talk to your tow vehicle manufacturer to see if your tow vehicle can legally tow 3750Kg.

The Mackay Multi Link trailer was built in January 2022 and is marketed as a Whittley Boats boat trailer, as such it is set up to allow the convenience of a drive on/off at the ramp making this procedure a simple choir.
