New Zealanders build good boats, from the Salthouse brand back in the day to these White Pointer's, you'll struggle to find a better built Aluminium vessel in the market. It's the little things, these boats are fitted with all add ons, screwed on and tested and removed before it goes off for painting. The quality of the paint work is exceptional and the finishings inside put this in a class above.

This model is bult for extended voyages featuring a bar fridge, a huge fridge/freezer, Gas cooktop, pie warmer and hot water system. The toilet forward is plumbed, there is storage literally everywhere you look, sliding windows to port, starboard and above plus freshwater windscreen wipers!

For the Fisho, two massive below deck compartments can be used as kill tanks or converted to self draining, there is a plumbed live tank, huge bait board, an array of spotlights for night time filleting missions, tackle drawers to port and starboard, and expansive cockpit with good height gunwhales to lean on and decent width on the gunwhale tops so you can sit or stand on comfortably. Current owner installed a pot winch with 90 degree motor and pot tipper. Fitted with Hookem outriggers which have barely seen daylight, this would be a comfy boat for a day chasing marlin.

Is it the best aluminium boat I've tested? Yes. I believe it's superior to other boats I've previously sold, driven and tested in this size and style. I'll qualify that with the fact that yes there are a number of boats on the market I haven't yet driven, but my experience comes from well over 20 years with charter vessels, sales of many brands and sportsfishing on most of the contenders in the Australian market, big and small. The White Pointer is a ripper! But be warned, this is just a spearhead of great Kiwi alloys and from what I've seen there'll be lots more exciting stuff to come.

This is a buy now get permission later type boat, there isn't a scratch on her and compared to what's on the market today is a bargain.
