The boat is in good condition and setup for extended cruising including covers, solar panel, refrigeration, Roller furler Foresail and Main sail lazyjacks & Stackpack for easy sailing and much more. The ballast is carried in a shallow skeg keel with a swing ballasted centerboard that does not intrude into the cabin, has very low draft when retracted.

Keel was removed and anti-fouled including boat bottom, keel attachments checked and winch cable replaced in 2019. All windows were replaced and new rubber seals replaced. All stantion posts were re-sikoflexed. NEw Fore hatch installed.
