A much loved Sunbird 25ft with retracting keel and full standing head room on a brand new aluminum double axle trailer, not registered. The boat is in good condition and setup for extended cruising including covers, solar panel, refrigeration, Roller furler Foresail and Main sail lazyjacks & Stackpack for easy sailing and much more. This is a small boat with a big feel!!!
The ballast is carried in a shallow skeg keel with a swing ballasted centerboard that does not intrude into the cabin, has very low draft when retracted.
The boat has been used extensively for cruising on the Gold Coast and is stored on the trailer at a Marina

Remarks
Keel was removed and anti-fouled including boat bottom, keel attachments checked and winch cable replaced in 2019. All windows were replaced and new rubber seals replaced. All stantion posts were re-sikoflexed.
