We all know these pontoon boats are perfect for the Peel region but have you considered how versatile they are for the Perth metro areas running around the Swan river from your favourite boat ramp or club into Elizabeth Quays or up to the wineries further upstream. There are a couple of Pontoons operating out of South Of Perth Yacht Club and they have a ball in the river.

This three gate 22 foot Suntracker Deluxe has two quality super comfortable forward lounges complete with rota moulded storage boxes below and a removable table between the two for a nice bottle of wine and charcuterie board. One of your three access gates directly off the bow for easy access from the jetty or beach with an overhead bimini to keep the hot WA sun at bay. Just aft of the bow lounges and adjacent to the helm a second Port side lounge is installed with your second access gate to Port often acting as the preferred berthing side when coming along side a jetty. This recess also makes a great home for the Esky when underway.

Heading aft and to the Port side the favoured seating in the boat. The sun lounge with a perfectly placed drink holder for those long runs up the river. The main cushion flips up to reveal a toilet recess or additional storage for ski tubes, fenders and bags. Watching the world drift past you relaxing on this seat is hard to beat. A Starboard side transom door opens to the extended rear deck making berthing a breeze if you are unsure of which side to approach. This extension is not common on all Pontoon boats and makes a real difference to the crew and my mum at 80 years of age. She feels very safe boarding boats with this feature !

A concise modem helm with all you need right to hand, hydraulic steering for the Suzuki 115 Hp four stroke with just 30 hours showing, Suzuki analogue gauges, Lowrance Elite 5 sounder and GPS combination as well as Jensen stereo system. All you need for a day on the water and with the flick of a switch the blue night lights add a touch of class to the evenings cruise.

Complete with a Pontoon style trailer this boat does not spend it entire year in the water and it shows. When not in use over winter she lives in a shed locally.
