South Coast Magnum 8.5
This is a well-loved and maintained sailboat. I am looking to move on to a bigger boat, so I need to sell this one to fund the next project.
I have done a lot of work on this sailboat to bring it up to a good standard for taking my family out sailing. We have used it for trips to Rotto, Gardener Island, Rockingham, Jurian Bay, and river cruises on the Swan River.

All the standing and running rigging is in good condition, and the boat is ready to sail as is. It's stable, quick, and fun to sail.
Double bunk Aft, V berth up front and two side seats that double as beds.
There is a metho stove and a built-in icebox. There is ample storage under the stove, beds, and side rails.
The toilet is in its own area with a wash basin and storage.
The registered trailer has had a lot of work done to it. I replaced the trailer's cross beams with 5mm walled gal beams, installed new rollers, upgraded the brakes to stainless callipers, and installed new gal hubs with SKF bearings. The hubs are fitted with Bearing Buddies and regularly greased.
Tyres are in good condition and always protected from the sun when stored.
I have towed the boat/trailer many hundreds km using an Automatic Nissan Navara D40, and the trailer is stable and easy to control.
2 Mains, 3 Jib sizes, 1 Genoa and 1 Spinnaker.
9.8hp Tohatsu 4 Stroke with high trust prop - 25L fuel tank - Inline Fuel/Water fillter.
Dual Battery setup. - 40Ah AGM for Keel and 200Ah LiFePO4 for House.
Electro/Hydraulic Liftup Keel - 0.25m Draft. Flat bottom for resting on sandbanks.
Fitted flushing toilet with basin.
2 Fresh Water Tanks.

Safe and easy Mast Raising System: This can be done at anchor on flat water.
The forward locker holds a full-size anchor and chain, and a stern anchor is used for backing onto beaches.
