Seaway 25 Elite A unique opportunity to buy a rare gem!

A unique opportunity to buy a rare Seaway 25 elite - one of the last to be produced.

This excellent racer/cruiser is better than others of a similar size eg Noelex 25 which has the same handicap. I've owned a Nolex and the Seaway 25 is superior ways including:

1. Flat foredeck
2. Adjustable back stay
3. More robust rigging, including two stays on each side of the boat
4. Simple outboard motor fitting at stern on the boat (unlike the Noelex which has a very awkward outboard well)
5. Sugar scoop stern
6. About half the price!

The only downside is that only a few were produced.

This Seaway comes with amazing features, including brand-new 15 hp 4 stroke mercury outboard, Raymarine autopilot, heavy and light genoas, and two other head sails and two spinnakers, porta potty small fridge and in-date flares and lifejackets. New VHF. IPad Air3 4G included on arm Solar panel, new engine battery plus domestic battery. Depth sounder. Ice Box.

Some wear and tear & the trailer is not registered. Optional mooring. Optional 15 2 stroke light motor.

The Seaway 25 Elite is a specific model of the Seaway 25, a popular Australian-designed sailboat. Introduced in 1982, it features a different interior layout and a transom-hung rudder compared to the original Seaway 25. It's known for being a good, smaller yacht suitable for coastal cruising and racing.
Here's a more detailed breakdown:
Key Features of the Seaway 25 Elite:
Design:
Designed by Doug Peterson, the same designer behind the original Seaway 25.
Purpose:
Intended for harbor and inshore yacht racing, as well as for more relaxed cruising.
Key Differences from Original Seaway 25:
Interior Layout: The Elite version has a different interior layout, potentially offering more storage or a different sleeping arrangement.
Rudder: It features a transom-hung rudder, unlike the original Seaway 25.
Hull and Performance:
The Elite shares the same basic hull as the original Seaway 25, which is known for its good performance in the chop of Port Phillip Bay, Melbourne.
