The Fishabout model, is the top of the range model for the runabout range from Quintrex (did you know also build Stacer boats?) Check out the transom and swim platform design, cleverly incorporates a 3 rung stainless steel telescopic ladder, swim platforms and on the port side a berley muncher for the angler in the family.

Seating for 5 is provided as pictured, the rear lounge also quickly can be removed if fishing two up for the day. Overhead a quality 3 bow bimini provides ample shade and this also easily folds down for garaging height or when long haul towing.

The skipper will enjoy steering from the comfortable helm, excellent vision, ease of access to the ground tackle in the bow with the semi walk through dash and fold back windscreen. The dash is well laid out with quality electronics including the tough screen MFD Lowrance head nit, Fusion stereo, VHF radio, switching and engine instrumentation.

The cockpit is comfortable, and we like the internals have been painted to decrease glare. Storage is found through out the boat from the glove box, side pockets and rear aft corners for the days gear and good housekeeping.

Trailering is a breeze as the hull sits atop a near new presented Quintrex Alloy I beam, TEL1098B13 single axle trailer that marries to the hull like a glove. This quality trailer is designed with the V loader rear cradle that makes retrieving a simple chore at the ramp.

If storage length becomes an issue, the owner also had a swing away/fold away draw bar fabricated so it could fit in a 6m long garage! #whathasn'tbeendone?
Further the trailer has been dressed well with stunning alloy wheels, matching spare wheel and bracket and white plastic guards with side clearance lights that compliments the on-road towing look.

The trailer also has fitted mechanical override disc brakes for added on road towing safety. Like all trailers sold through JCM they are inspected, adjusted and serviced where needed to ensure you tow away with confidence.
