In excellent condition, has just been fully serviced this week, by the same marine Tech, North Coast Marine Maintenance every 12 months since the Yamaha 115 was fitted new, back in 2012.
Engine has 563 hours on it.
Has also under gone Club Marine Insurance Condition Report, which includes condition of Hull, Engine, Trailer. Summary of report, Vessel, Engine, trailer, are all in very good condition and have been well maintained and refurbished as required.
This Baron has hydraulic steering installed by North Coast Marine, plus the engine has an XL, Extra Long 25 inch leg from factory.
All safety gear will be included, all licences have just been paid for 12 months
