Ward

This 3.7m sailing dinghy is a 1960s Ward design, fully restored in 2010 with new sails. Built from fibreglass and timber, it is very stable and dry under sail and is easy to handle as it only has a forward stepped mainsail. There is a swing keel and built-in buoyancy forward and aft. It is a great boat to learn to sail and is also ideal for fishing on lakes, rivers and protected waters. It can also be rowed or motored. It comes with a 5hp 4 stroke Mercury outboard with low hours (no skippers ticket required) and a custom-made trailer with spare tyre. It also comes with 3 adult life jackets, 2 child life jackets, bailer, anchor, oars, portable fuel tank and outboard motor trolley.
