Originally named 'Brunel' this awesome Volvo 70 is now seriously for sale and looking for a new campaign or charter company to promote her.
These incredible ocean racers can reach speeds of 35 knots, being built entirely from carbon fibre they are literally bullet proof and very stable with the aid of the canting keel which can be moved to 40 degrees off it's centre line.
This boat was built to the international Volvo standards and is also in survey for both inshore and offshore.
After competing the 05/06 Volvo Ocean race as 'Brunel' she was returned to Australia where she was built and renamed 'Ichi Ban'. As 'Ichi Ban' she competed in 5 Sydney to Hobart Races and scored 2nd over the line behind the famous 'Wild Oats' VI, an awesome result.
In 2018 she was purchased by her current owners and renamed 'Noahs II'.
Below decks is a very basic layout with berths for 12 crew, 1 head a navigation area and sail storage space. As she is a race boat there are no floor boards or other creature comforts that would increase the overall weight of the vessel.
Being in Survey this yacht presents as a great opportunity to offer a charter company their cliental an experience sailing such an amazing vessel, similar successful businesses have done this and still do in the Whitsunday Islands and beyond.
