Stepping inside, the wheelhouse is a great space to relax and enjoy cruising in comfort. Boasting exceptional visibility and superb timber work, this area has a warm and welcoming ambience. To starboard is the helm station. This is fully equipped with NEW 2023 Autopilot, Depth sounders, VHF and HF Radio, and radar. There are sliding doors either side for quick access to the deck when required. Just a couple of easy steps down leads to the saloon. The generous dinette is to starboard and there is seating for up to 8 around the U-shaped settees. The galley is well positioned opposite, and as the feel of a small apartment. It is well appointed with a 220L upright fridge with freezer compartment, 4 burner gas stove with oven, stainless steel sink with H/C pressurised water, and plenty of storage for extended cruising. The accommodation is ideal for cruising with family and friends and features a forward cabin with two single berths, generous aft cabin with 3 single berths, and a single settee berth in the saloon. Outside, there is easy access around the wide side decks and plenty of spaces to enjoy the sunshine on a fine day. Forward is an electric anchor winch to control the CQR anchor with 120m. Sailing is simply a breeze with both the headsail and mainsail on furlers for easy use in any conditions. Aft are the dinghy davits, and good access down to the water thanks to the opening guard rails.

This vessel is powered by a 115HP Perkins 6 cylinder diesel engine. This provides easy cruising at 7-8 knots. The engine room really needs to be seen to be fully appreciated, and the space makes servicing hassle free. This area also houses the Onan 6.5 kVa genset, proving 240V power on demand.

Whilst this impressive vessel would benefit from some upgrades and work on the interior, it provides an exceptional opportunity for its new custodians to customise it to suit their needs. The generous volume, and excellent layout create plenty of options to really make this vessel your own. With this style of vessel always highly sought after, particularly constructed of Huon Pine, this really is an opportunity not to miss!
