This Tasman 43 was launched 2001 and will no doubt suite buyers looking to purchase a mid sized cruising platform at a fraction of new boat prices. She presents with some tidy-up work to do but engines have been replaced and she has loads of solar. Features of this catamaran include a raised coach roof for more headroom and space, wide and easy access forward and aft on the deck, and large ventilation hatches, all the while retaining its racy appearance. The roomy and comfortable cockpit is fitted with storage compartments and has an efficient deck gear layout for easier sheeting and enhanced space. The cockpit is practically linked to the uncluttered decks. The easy access off the transom 'sugar scoops' serve as wide swim platforms and the decks, coach roof, and trampoline provide endless sunbathing space. The Tasman 43's interior finish is with hardwood trim and produces a light and airy feel. Hatches and port lights are located throughout to provide cross ventilation on the hotter nights. The ample sail area gives the yacht a surprising turn of speed with light and responsive steering and she comes about sharply and sails well. She is now ready for her next owners to take advantage of her attributes and enjoy cruising or invite your friends and family along for the ride. Either way she has the room to cater for all scenarios. Offering four large private double cabins and boasting two bathrooms, she is ideal for a group of four to six people who are looking for the space and comfort afforded by a sailing catamaran.

She has the four cabin two ensuite layout that was very popular at the time of construction. Entering through the companionway doors into the saloon area, there is a nav table to starboard and access to both port and starboard hulls down the stairs. Seating is forward and around the movable coffee table. A large saloon table could be constructed in its place to capitalise on the space here. Access to the port forward cabin is via a dedicated stairway and here you enter the forward double cabin. Aft is another access point into the double berth cabin. On the starboard side you find the galley down amidships and both a double cabin forward and aft. The forward double has the ensuite forward again.
