New forward/reverse/neutral motor controller and clutch cable ($600)

Cabin deck winches x2 removed, serviced and refitted with butyl tape

New rudder, including conversion from wheel steering to tiller steering 2022 $8000
All through hulls checked, sea cocks and tubing to outlets raplaced where needed.

Running rig

7x genuine clamp handles replaced on the snatch blocks, imported from Denmark

Full rebuild in 2004
Very few hours since then
$2000 complete overhaul and service 2019 with motor stated as being in very good condition
New battery 2023 ($200)
Fuel system cleaned from tank bottom to motor intakes 2023
New cockpit controller arm and clutch cable ($600)
Serviced every year, with oil change, oil filter change and fuel filter change
Battery gauge works, Engine hrs meter does not.
Starts first time, every time, this is a very reliable motor in good condition

Sail drive

New genuine Volvo Penta propeller fitted in 2020 ($500 + fitting)
Primary bottom gland replaced in 2023 ($800)
Serviced at same time, new oil, and anode
Jan 2024, anode replaced again

Electrics

Cabin electrics rewired 2020
New control panel fitted.
New lighting fitted.
Replaced wiring with tinned wiring where needed.
VHF wired up and new aerial fitted to transom.
The is also a dual band 27mhz / CB radio transmitter/receiver wired up but with no arial

Removed in 2021, flushed, cleaned internally
Remounted with new end-to-end new hoses and new taps in both kitchen and bathroom

2x external vinyl seat cushions for cockpit external use when motoring/sailing

Mai n manual push/pull bilge in cockpit rebuilt 2022 with genuine kit from the Nederlands $300
