Selling our beloved "Yaminda", a 2010 Seawind 1160 Deluxe catamaran built in NSW Australia - Hull No 90 (3 cabin, owners version). Her current owners (second owners who have owned her since 2017) have made major upgrades to her to set her up as a comfortable cruising vessel capable of cruising remote and off-grid locations. Since 2022 she has also been upgraded to offshore/bluewater cruising standard. All lines lead to the coachhouse making it very easy to sail single or double handed. She has 4 Harken winches, one of them being two-speed electric. She has single line reefing set up on Reef 1 and 2.
Yaminda has a wonderful tri-fold door which lifts up into the coachhouse opening up a great indoor/outdoor entertaining area. She has large forward facing windows which when open enables good ventilation when on anchor and with the fixed windows around the rest of the saloon gives good visibility when under way.
Yaminda was last antifouled in March 2024 with Carboline Seabarrier 3000; Props coated with Prop Speed and Anodes changed. Her engines and saildrives are serviced regularly and she is very well maintained.
During the 2024 season she has cruised from Mackay to Southport AU and then on to Vanuatu and the Solomon Islands before returning to Australia in September 2024. She has proven to be a safe and sturdy coastal and bluewater cruiser, and is being offered for sale as her owners are upgrading to a bigger boat now they have decided to liveaboard long term.
Yaminda will be available for viewing in early JANUARY 2025 and is "sail away ready" for new owners to embark on more adventures.
