HUGE PRICE REDUCTION 'Millennium Deux' is one of the most eye catching designs I have come across. This incredibly well, owner built yacht was designed to sail in ocean races including the Melbourne Osaka / Darwin Ambon and although she has never reached this goal she has sailed extensively around the south Australian coast and cruised up the river made possible due to her lift keel. It would be more than fair to say she has served her owner well with a lifetime of adventure. The owner has lived comfortably aboard for many years, 'Millennium Deux' is one of four boats of this kind built by the owner who has worked as a shipwright in the past, needles to say the quality of the build is exceptional and over all condition good. I love the layout she has a large Vberth with ensuite, a fantastic open plan galley with plenty of cupboard space, a huge saloon dining area, a cot berth in the walk through to the Vberth and the potential for 2 x double aft cabins with very little work. The single cot in the walk through to the main bedroom is perfect if travelling with younger children. It also boasts plenty of open space with nave desk lounge and separate dining. The Galley is set to port and has a huge storage room with plenty of fridge space. The cockpit and deck layout are fantastic for blue water sailing and there is a walk through transom to make boarding easier. This boat has undoubtedly got a project element but with a bit of love I think you would have something very special that you could take anywhere most definitely worth a look.
