Project 40ft Motorsailer Centre Cockpit

AUCTION coming (can sale prior auction if resonable price) - Project Boat - Engine to be rebuilt.

Original advertised last year was $85,000 after we had fully replaced the engine. Unfortunatly, the engine flooded and needs full rebuilt. (Able to keep the same block and lots of parts). We already purchased another boat and cannoy go through tthe exercise of replacing the engine once again. Our loss your win. Will be going to auction in February 2025. Looking at getting 25k out of it.

She was a well loved and maintained motor sailer, designed by renowned Wilf'O Kell design and built. Cutloose II has travelled between Darwin and Townsville multiple times over the past 2 decades and has proven seaworthiness in multiple adventures, still keeping comfort of a very spacious boat for her size. Centre cockpit fully protected and out of the elements.

The boat is well equipped with lots of storage space, especially around the galley and saloon. Two cabin layout, extra double bed conversion in saloon plus single bed. Can sleep a total of 6 passengers. (4 confortable). The boat has had a full internal refit in 2023 and external in 2024 with replacement of its engine with a totally rebuilt 2005 volvo penta D2-75.(Engine flooded - not working needs rebuilt)

Bimini, boom bag and all upholstery covers have been replaced in 2024.
