Launched in 1996 "Blue Moon" is a Northshore 380 Sport which is well maintained in very good condition.
Built to last, the Northshore yachts have a good reputation as being well manufactured and a solid cruiser / racer. They are quick and competitive while also providing comfort for extended cruising with a well proportioned interior fit out. Their classic sleek lines set them apart from other yachts and their is a strong following of this class in Australia.
As the Sports version of the successful Northshore 38, she has a twin spreader keel stepped rig and a deeper 2.2m full lead fin keel similar to the NSX38 race model of the range. She is fitted with new B&G instrumentation and auto pilot with hydraulic ram to the quadrant. Muir electric anchor winch with all chain to the anchor. Low hour Yanmar 3gm30FC engine and saildrive regularly serviced in a well maintained condition.
Blue Moon is the perfect cross over family cruiser / racer with a great wardrobe of recently updated sails and cruising equipment with furling headsails, lazy jack bag for the main, spray dodger and bimini. She is a great example of a well maintained performance cruising yacht with proven results on the race course.
