Nantucket 33 Island

Up for sale is my Nantucket 33 (also known as the Nantucket Island 33) - this is a production vessel built in the 1980's by Comprador Yachts in Smithfield in N. S. W.. A number of these vessels were built here in Australia as well as overseas with many of them serving a number of Charter fleets across the world including the Whitsunday (Qld Yacht Charter and SunSail) and Sydney Harbour (SunSail). This particular vessel spent a large part of its early life in charter and was orginally built to the then USL Code for Bare Boat Charter.
Due to a number of medical issues and the on set of old age I now have the vessel up for sale after 25 years of ownership. It will require work and has suffered from a lack of attention over recent years hence the "make an offer" as opposed to a set sale price.
A design of Peter Cole with the charter fleet and cruising sailor in mind this vessel has considerable room and accomondation with good headroom and ample comfort for long distant passages. The custom covered in centre cockpit (with hard roof) adds to that comfort and offers a dry and sizeable area to relax will cruising the coast, bay or river.
Sale includes a number of spares for the Sole diesel plus other gear for the vessel - I also have the original sales advert and a number of magazine articles on the Nantucket 33.
