Wow - almost a Classic! There are three things which underpin value for a sailing yacht. Mast (rigging all replaced), Motor (replaced with new 2020) and Sails (renewed 2020/21). In the case of this two owner Joe Adams Yacht, the boat is still loved and is sailing well. The interior could benefit from a spruce up, but nothing more than colour and cleaning. Well laid out, dry and ready to go. I do recommend this boat as a very inexpensive club boat suited for cruising and even capable of some good racing results - Winner in Division for Sydney Harbour Combined Clubs Winter Series 2024.
