Sans Souci is a very well set up & maintained catamaran that has allowed us to enjoy the last 3 years sailing the East Coast, with all the creature comforts possible. 'Get out and stay out for as long as possible' being the goal, she has all the key requirements & more for full time cruising.

This Maxim 380 2 cabin/2 bathroom layout is a strong boat offering good visibility, decent turn of speed & reliable, professionally maintained engines housed within stand up engine rooms that are located through doors in each bathroom. All lines lead back to the cockpit - you don't need to leave to handle the sails making her easy to sail by 2 people. Handholds are everywhere, inside and out along with safety mesh along both sides of the vessel.

The elevated helm station is comfortable, within a fully weather protected cockpit that includes a thoughtfully designed full enclosure using breezeway, shade and rain clears. These ensure protection from sun, wind, rain & insects. The cockpit contains 4 huge storage lockers, is fitted with marine carpet and has comfortable dining/entertaining for 6 people. Dimmable lights on either white or red, along with surround sound makes this a pleasant space to hang out.

A covered back deck has more weather protection with drop down panels & separate side shade/wind panels for extra sun protection and under cover BBQing in most weather conditions. Stainless steel pulpit rails run the length of the back deck (a great safety feature at sea especially when fishing) with a dinghy davit system designed for easy handling by 1 person. The new Sirocco Hypalon Tender containing anchor locker, boarding ladder & Tohatsu outboard, can sit high when underway or low when at anchor. The rails also hold the surfboards, Starlink bracket, wind generator (one side) & life raft attached to the outside. Easy boarding on both yacht & dinghy, an outdoor hot/cold shower are more features you will love about this boat.

With a fully automated Spectra 400 Water maker rebuilt in 2023 + new controller, Fischer Panda 4kva generator installed in one of the engine rooms, new Victron 3000 inverter, 4 solar panels and Starlink, you have the necessary gear for long stays away.

The cabins contain 2 comfortable double beds with good ventilation & storage as well as further sleeping arrangements (able to sleep children)/storage forward. Air-conditioners in each cabin (Dometic) x 2 with new controllers fitted 2022. Each side contains a separate bathroom with electric flush fresh or saltwater toilets. A mini washer/dryer has been wall mounted in one bathroom.

A large U-shaped galley offers a clear view while at sea & anchor, a great amount of bench space for those that love to cook, convection microwave oven, 4 burner cooktop & a great amount of refrigeration & freezer space. The connected U-shaped dining/lounge faces aft also allows the chef ? to be involved with guests or watch the well-placed TV situated above the Nav station.

Further features include a boom crane & an aluminium walkway added to the roof providing a safe platform while packing the main away, used also for visibility when entering reefs & photographic opportunities. For lovers of diving, fill your own tanks with the onboard refurbished Bauer Dive Compressor (2023) - an added bonus that allows you to get out & dive while keeping limited tanks on board.

Trampolines were replaced with Dyneema 2019, rigging completed August 2022, sails are in very good condition, last antifoul & prop speed applied July 2024.

This catamaran has been well maintained by it's current professional seafarer owner and is ready to go with many extras included in this sale. Please note, she is curremtly located on the south coast & will be sailing back up the north coast Feb/Mar.
