We bought Nauti by Nature in April 2024 from an Australian couple. From 2012 to 2018, we owned a Leopard 45 2001 and decided to buy the same model again, because we loved the space and the layout. As a family of 5 we all had enough room. Our kids had their own cabin and bathrooms. The beds in the stern cabin were converted to king size beds. The front beds are queen size. Headroom is 198 cm.
Engines were overhauled by Yanmar in 2021. She got a new main sail in 2021 and a new screetcher, which were just used for one trip to Indonesia and back by the previous owner. After that sails got stored at Doyle sails in an air conditioned storage.
After we bought her, she got a new standing rigging 1x19 dyform wire ss316 with all fittings and turnbuckles, including the forestay.
She got a new trampoline with ferrari mesh, which is very comfortable.
All salon windows were resealed with Dow Corning 795.
We spend around 60k USD, see the inventory list.
In October 2024 we went as a family to Malaysia and got her ready to bring us to Thailand. We spend almost 6 months cruising on her in Malaysian and Thailand water.
Because of several reasons, we have to go back to Germany.
She just (April 9th) got hauled out in Pangkor Marina Malaysia and the storage is payed for 6 months.

ACCOMODATIONS
Deck
The 4500 has a huge deck so everybody can find their own corner if wanted. The deck offers a large aft platform which allows easy access on and off the boat. The Leopard's trademark "targa" traveler affords unparallel ease of movement in and out of the cockpit, and smartly incorporates the davits for the dinghy. High bow locker, two lazarette lockers and three cockpit lockers are supplied for extensive storage.
Also included: dive tank bottle rack and a two canoes. The windlass has a handheld remote control (up and down) as well as an additional switch at the helm.
The layout of the 4500 catamaran offers four double cabins; two forward and two aft in each hull. The high quality interior is a tasteful blend of wood; fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) and Corian. The cabin sole is durable, low maintenance teak and holly composite floor panels.
Cockpit
You can easily seat 8 guests for dinner at the fixed cockpit table (it has a hinged extension). The helmsman seat is strategically located to allow for a 360 degree view around the boat under a bimini top with side flaps.
The louvered windows give the interior protection from the midday sun and easy access to the cabin top. There is a steering console with compass, navigation instruments and engine controls. Two cockpit lockers are supplied for storage with an additional locker with overboard drain and solenoid providing storage for two LPG cylinders. There is plenty of seating. To fry your own catch of the day, there is a propane BBQ mounted on the stern rail!
Main Salon
Amidship: Highlights: Large dining table with a U-shaped settee. The Saloon has a fabric upholstered, U-shaped settee. The large dining table converts to a double berth. Entertainment is provided with a USB Stereo and loudspeakers both inside and outside. There is additional space for even more entertainment systems. Ventilation is provided by an overhead hatch and two forward opening ports, 2 fans, however, A/C (12,000 BTU for saloon) is also provided. The interior finish is Beachwood with wood trim throughout.
Galley
The Galley is up and has all the amenities and space to satisfy the most demanding gourmet chef. Ample work surfaces (Corian) and locker space for crockery, cutlery and all cooking ustensils.
