And I'm unsure if I can take because of logistic reasons.

Has a paid routine scrub each 12 weeks.

The history,
This is a boat called Aunty Jack
1950 historic 'needle' 'Ultra light Racer'
named after the Australian Sitcom of the same name.
The boat was built from 1960's and launched in the 1990's.
There is an extensive wardrobe of sails which includes:
1x Spiniker 95% like new
1x jib 60% general ware
1x racing jib 60% general ware
1x racing genoa 60% general ware
1x main 95% like new
1x main (requires lugs) 95% like new

As you can tell by the condition of the sails,
you don't need much cloth to get going on Aunty Jack in Port Phillip bay.

Great responsive little boat.
Iv got my own electric motor that I'll be taking with me, so a motor is just needed.
