YOTI presents this 2012 Lagoon 500 for sale in Sydney.

The Lagoon 500 offers a large cruising and entertaining platform from the largest global catamaran producer. Being the flagship of the Lagoon range of this generation, the company put huge energy and resources into this successful model. This is hull 142 or around 150 built.

This is the preferred four cabin layout which allows maximum flexibility while still offering a very generous owners cabin. The four private cabins each have their own head and shower. The saloon area is extensive with comfortable seating around the folding dining table. The nav station is forward facing and on the centerline of the vessel - throttles, chart plotter, and auto-pilot controls are located both here and on the flybridge. The galley space compares to an apartment kitchen and is beautifully separated just enough from the saloon / lounge area. The galley fridge is substantial plus there is a double freezer in the port hull utility area. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, and microwave.

Notably this is a flybridge model. This space is easily and safely accessed by each side. Visibility forward is excellent. All lines are handled here and are assisted by the power winches. External seating and lounging areas include the large cockpit which is protected by side clears and aft shade covers plus the forward sunken seating area. There is a bow prodder to fly the asymmetric spinnaker in a snuffer.

This Lagoon 500 has been fitted with air-conditioning, generator, davits, solar panels, and bow thruster. Standing rigging was replaced new in 2023 and the vessel was anti-fouled in just July 2024. She is powered by Yanmar 75Hp engines, recently serviced.

The Lagoon 500 offers an option which can be sailed (and indeed even cross oceans) by two people while offering the space and accommodation for large guest numbers.
