The raised central helm station offers perfect 360° visibility and all the control lines are within easy reach, set up for short handed sailing. The large bench seat at the helm station rapidly becomes the favourite spot, where one can take part and enjoy the experience of navigating. The hull design is powerful and seaworthy, where the volume of the bow and precision in weight distribution reduces the pitching motion to a minimum. Her current owners bought Evenstar in Europe in 2019 where they went about replacing and modifying the key components incl rigging, batteries, solar, water maker, tender, outboard to ensure comfortable cruising and capable of ocean crossings. Four x fridges and a freezer enabled their crew of 5 to sail two ocean crossings, eating fresh food the entire trip of the Atlantic in 20 and the Pacific Ocean in 27 days. Now landed in Pittwater with taxes paid ready for a new owner to continue to enjoy.
