JEANNEAU SUN ODYSSEY 45DS  

'Allure' is an immaculately presented Jeanneau Sun Odessey Deck Saloon 45, built in France in 2008, and now for sale exclusively with YOTI.

Berthed in Middle Harbour in Sydney, 'Allure' has only had two owners since she was handed over in France, where she spent a short season in the Mediterranean before being shipped back to Brisbane and locally cruised. Her second owner is a very experienced Sydney yachtsman who also sailed her locally South of Sydney.

'Allure' was cleverly specified as a two-cabin version featuring an enormous owner suite with a private ensuite, a very functional L-shaped galley with a 12V fridge, freezer, and microwave, a separate navigation table, washing machine, huge dinette, and a V-berth with another private ensuite and separate shower. The light and space in the saloon give a feeling that you are in a much larger yacht. It is an incredibly bright and spacious area.

The new boat order also specified a practical 1.65m shallow draft keel and a 3.5kva genset. Her main is easily handled, as in-mast furling was also optioned, as was a Max power bow thruster. Her Yanmar 75hp shaft drive Yanmar was also a factory upgrade.

Some of her recent upgrades include a full soda blast, re-epoxy, and antifoul done at Woolwich Dock in August 2024. Her house batteries were also replaced in 2024. Her standing rigging is also only two years old.
