We purchased La Libertine at Airlie Beach 2016 and now home berth is Gold Coast City Marina. She's been to the Whitsundays 3 times and Fraser Island twice. We have lived on board for 4 years and undergoes meticulous maintenance and upgrades. La Libertine presents as a 4 year old production, in immaculate condition. At age 70, we purchased an apartment and now live on the land (reluctantly). The transom has Pivoting Davits (very simple) to transport the tender across the Sugar Scoop. The cockpit has beautiful teak floors/seats and new (2023) custom blue Sunbrella seat upholstery. A teak folding table with mirror finish varnish - a real show piece (has table cloth and plastic cover for protection). Cockpit can entertain 8 people comfortably. The main cabin is open plan and beamy, plenty of windows (with curtains) and hatches for ventilation. Table can accommodate 6 people comfortably. Navigation table. All cabin ceiling lights upgraded to LED with dimmers. Galley has LED COB strip lighting with dimmer. 240v portable exhaust fan for hatch near stove top. This yacht has been our home, has all the conveniences of a small appartment, is self-sustainable, giving a micro carbon footprint with solar 12v power and hot water. We rent our berth Privately (at an amazing rate) at GCCM Coomera and it's possible for the buyer to negotiate ongoing berth rental. This includes the berth, power, water, car park and Fob to enter the security gate.
