The Sun Odyssey 349, designed by the highly respected Marc Lombard (France) has taken the world by storm. The innovative 349 is the complete package offering outstanding performance under sail or motor, and an exceptional level of crew comfort and safety. Below deck the generous interior is bathed in masses of light from numerous side ports/windows and deck hatches and the crew is pampered with private cabins, a full-service galley and the delightful saloon. On deck the spray-hood-protected cockpit is spacious. When at anchor, the BBQ is fired up and the crew enjoys alfresco dining sitting around the cockpit table. OK, so that is fun, but under sail the 349 is a delight. The rig is simple and managed by a couple with ease. The twin rudders ensure exceptional control at every sailing angle, which of course enhances performance and safety. You will enjoy taking full advantage of this seaworthy, stable and easy-to-handle sailboat. A 21 hp Yanmar 3YM20 Diesel Engine (166 hours) powers the vessel efficiently at 6-7 knots.
"Vif" presents in outstanding (like new) condition. She represents your opportunity to escape from the every day and enjoy the pleasures of family cruising (and perhaps a little club racing).

Step below to masses of light (and ventilation) from side windows and overhead hatches. Each of the aft-quarter cabins has an opening hatch. The engine compartment is behind the companionway steps (under the cockpit). To starboard is a private double cabin with a bathroom to port. An access door at the aft end of the bathroom opens to a storage cabin (big enough for a berth). The full-function galley is opposite to starboard of the companionway. Forward is the spacious saloon/dinette with upholstered settees on either side of a large drop-side dining table. There is full headroom throughout the saloon. The compact navigation station is to port immediately forward of the head. The main double cabin is ahead of the bulkhead and offers complete privacy. It should be said that the cockpit with BBQ and large table is very much a part of the accommodations.
