JEANNEAU 44DS _ONE THIRD SHARE IN PRIVATE SYNDICATE  

2013 model in outstanding fully maintained condition. A one third share in our private syndicate is offered. The boat is fully set up to walk on and use with a fully established galley, bedding, safety gear, radios, chart plotter, depth sounder, electric toilet and winch, etc. Etc. This is a 2 cabin, 2 ensuite model, king size owners cabin aft.

Any maintenance required has been treated as an immediate requirement and maintenance records are available. From new it has been birthed at the Royal Prince Alfred Yacht Club on Pittwater, serviced at their boatyard. There is no agreement to move the boat elsewhere than at the RPAYC. The three existing syndicate members are keen sailors. The Jeanneau 44DS is a very good looking boat and difficult to find any example, nevermind one in outstanding condition in Australia. Summertime twilight racing on Pittwater and overnights in Broken Bay/Pittwater and very occasional trips to Sydney Harbour. With a modern hull design and inmast furling she is a delight to sail even shorthanded.

For insurance purposes an in and out of water survey was completed September 2024 as the boat was being antifouled and can be made available. The boat was slipped, antifouled, engine and leg service, anodes, new start batteries and hull polish completed September 2024.
