Grainger 52 Blue Water Cruiser

Dreamcatcher is a very impressive, high quality cruising catamaran with a balanced design of comfort, safety and practicality.

This Grainger 48 has been professionally extended to 52ft, the increased waterline and buoyancy not only improves performance under sail and power but also allows for a smoother more enjoyable motion at sea.

This vessel has undergone an extensive refit, with no expense spared to ensure she is fully equipped for adventure anywhere in the world:
- Upgraded 80hp Yanmar Diesel engines (2018)
- Complete electrical system upgrade (2021)
- New sails (2021-2023): Fully battened mainsail (2021), furling genoa (2022), screecher (2022), gennaker (2023)
- Recently antifouled (2025)
- Custom upholstery throughout & a beautifully designed dining table in the saloon

Designed for long distance cruising and off-grid capability, Dreamcatcher is fully self sufficient with 1,200 liters of diesel, 740 liters of water, and a top of the line Stella 240L/hr watermaker (2025). She also features 1,700 watts of solar power, 1,100Ah of lithium batteries, and a 12kW Fisher Panda genset with only 400 hours--ensuring extended independence at sea.

Dreamcatcher is a 4 cabin layout with each cabin containing plently of storage, lighting and ventilation. Enjoy the comfort of an spacious air conditioned interior with a quality and aesthetic timber fitout along with a well protected cockpit and huge foredeck space.

The port hull features a comfortable aft double berth with a built in vanity, complemented by a shared midships bathroom that includes a full separate shower. Forward, a spacious queen berth offers added comfort, complete with a wet hanging locker, built in vanity, and convenient access to bow storage.

In the starboard hull, the aft double berth is currently utilized as a workshop and storage space, housing a deep freezer and providing excellent access to the watermaker. However, it can easily be converted back into a guest cabin if desired. Midships, the well equipped galley is designed for practicality, featuring plenty of storage and bench space with a double stainless steel sink, induction cooktop, convection microwave/oven, and a double benchtop fridge. The forward cabin is another generous queen berth which offers privacy and comfort, complete with an ensuite bathroom.

Over-engineered and meticulously maintained, Dreamcatcher is a turnkey vessel, ready to deliver peace of mind and adventure to her next owners.
