Endeavour Yachts were well known for their 24 footers but these 28ft versions are not so common. Similar to the Spacesailor 27's they are a big volume boat with a safe high freeboard and 6ft headroom in the main cabin. This example originally had a Bukh diesel engine which was removed several years ago and replaced with a more manageable and perfectly adequate 9.9 hp Yamaha outboard. 28's are considered extremely seaworthy boats and this one offers a cheap way of upsizing without the liability of an old diesel engine to consider.
The interior fit-out is very basic/old school but she will make a great Rottnest weekender/coastal cruiser and is perfectly capable of racing round the cans. The owner is including hull primer and antifoul paint ready for the next lift-out. Sails include main, self furling headsail, genoa, jib, spinnaker (no pole, all in average condition).
This is a simple, honest boat, good value for the money.
