Motor has always been stored out of water

SPENT over $15,000(receipts available) mid 2023 on Rerigging and Full Reconditioning of Mast, boom, chainplates, mast ropes, halyards, stays and the rest to make it SAFE and Functional.

Last Slipped and Antifouled in November 2022

Interior cushions are in good condition

Old kerosene stove and pump toilet

1 Headsail and 1 Mainsail in Fair Condition + 2 Spinnakers(never flown) + pole

Lifejackets, boat hook included

Comes with a small tender(bathtub) and an old tinny as well which are down at Saratoga

Currently on swing mooring off Centennial Wharf Saratoga. There is option of continuing the mooring as well(which as to be transferred through Transport NSW)

Razoo is a trusty and good and old stalwart and shows the bumps and bruises expected of a boat of its age. The big expenses have already been spent, now it's time for a new owner to take advantage and enjoy what it has to offer.
