Elliott 9.6

Set up for Double-Handed racing, the mighty Wild Card is a downwind weapon.
An offshore capable "sports boat", she has a wide, powerful lightweight Kevlar foam sandwich hull, deep spade rudder, and tall efficient rig. At just 2.5 tonnes, she is an absolute rocket downwind.

She has a brand-new Mainsail, so is ready to race.
Her IRC rating of 1.027 is extremely competitive - IRC optimisation includes J2 jib with reef, A2 kite and A5/A0 kite.
Her headsail has hanks, she has asymmetric kites and a Raymarine tiller pilot.
A "racer / cruiser", Wild Card has a proper interior with bunks to sleep 6, lee cloths, a gimbled two burner metho stove, ice box, water tanks, electric head plus a 12V plug specifically for a camping fridge.

Her keel lifts via an electronic winch from 2.1 metres up to 1.6 metres making transit through shallow water and anchoring easy.
There is a Fusion blue tooth sound system, Lowrance GPS VHF, plus a Garmin chart plotter and USB charging points.
The electrical panel has just been replaced.

Wild Card has a bow cover and battened awning which is awesome for cruising.
A 2.3m dinghy with 2 stroke outboard is used for getting to shore when cruising. This will be included in the sale.
Safety - flares, drogue, Jon Bouy, AIS transceiver

Thanks to her compact size, Wild Card offers all the thrills of high-performance offshore racing without the hefty price tag. Berthing, new sails, and upkeep come at a fraction of the cost of larger yachts, making her an incredibly cost-effective weapon on the water--fast, fierce, and budget-friendly.
