Easy 11.6

Launched in 2003, this well-maintained 11.6m Easy catamaran was designed and personally built by the renowned Peter Snell, as a demo model and for his own use. This makes her truly special, built exactly to spec. Her distinctive New Guinea rosewood interior and unique color scheme set her apart. She's a proven bluewater cruiser, having carried us from Australia through PNG and the Solomon Islands, and on to Indonesia where we lived remotely for months. This speaks volumes about her robust design and self-sufficiency, making her ideal for extended voyages and exploring remote locations. She is fully equipped for live aboard cruising. Antifouled and polished in Feb 2025, all engine professionally serviced at the same time, she is truly sail-away ready.

Recent refit and upgrades totalling over $40,000 (from 2022 to 2025) include new mounted watermaker (2022), lithium battery bank (2024) and MPPT (2025), solar panels (2022), drinking water filter (2024), stainless steel rigging (2025), upgraded steering gear (2025), autopilot drive (2025), new fridge (2023), gas stove (2023), toilet macerator (2022), trampoline (2023), fresh deck paint (2023), cockpit paint (2025), hull paint (2023), and Twin Tohatsu 20hp outboards (2022).

Sail inventory includes a fully battened mainsail with 3 reefing points, furling genoa, and furling staysail, as well as a symmetrical spinnaker in sock.
