Minerva is a Reichel Pugh 43 built by DK Yachts Malaysia, modified by Mark Mills to add a bulb keel optimised for IRC in 2005. She was originally named Pla Loma IV, raced in Asia and imported to Australia in 2003. Current owner purchased the yacht in 2010. A further 300kg weight added to bulb in 2014 under supervision of Andy Dovell. Boat is competitive on IRC, current handicap is 1.152.

Interior is roomy and functional, more than 1.90m headroom. Sleeps 8 while racing (4 each side) and 2 in bow when not racing. Separate galley (twin gas burners, sink and cold box) and nav station. Enclosed head. Interior is well maintained and functional for racing or cruising. Floor boards are wood veneer over foam.
Deck repainted in 2018.
