Boasting roughly 70sqm of indoor living area excluding the four usable spacious decks and lazarette, she's literally as big as a two bedroom apartment, with 2 large bedrooms, ensuites, large galley, large saloon and a huge 13 seater indoor/outdoor area situated in the fly bridge helm.
The bow cabin would easily be converted into multiple cabins!

Sandy was our first boat, which we have sailed up and down the east coast figuring out how to sail and exploring the islands and reefs along the way.
We have had the best of both worlds with Sandy, not only by sailing her, but also simply living on anchor in the Whitsundays purely as our house on water, enjoying an alternative lifestyle.

We're currently doing some work on her and will spruce her up for you as the next owner, including a fresh anti-foul.
