Crowther Spindrift 42

Crowther spindrift 42 much loved, will be sorely missed! Alvey has been our family home for the last 18mths cruising the east coast with our family of 4 and dog. While she doesn't have the luxuries and space of many other cats her size, she makes up for it with character and speed! In saying that she has everything we needed to spend extended times away from land comfortably spending upwards of 3 weeks without provisioning.
Recently antifouled in December 2024, stripped back to the hull, 2 coats of international tie coat and 3 coats of international intersmooth 7460 with an extra coat on the bulbs and rudders and props cleaned and a fresh coat of propspeed applied. Alvey is a pleasure to sail, happily cruising in light winds when others are motoring.
We are currently still living aboard in gladstone marina and will add more internal photos as we get all of our belongings off the boat.
