The vessel was built by Loch Crowther for his own use in 1985. The original design was for an Offshore racing catamaran with good cruising capabilities and this older style catamaran meets the brief with ease.

Mast / Rigging
The vessel is fractionally sloop rigged and the rigging was fully serviced in 2015 when all standing rigging was replaced. The alloy mast is stepped on deck over a very strong bulkhead which is mounted to one of the main full width alloy beams. The beam is further strengthened by a dolphin striker. The mast is stiffened by a single spreader of triangular configuration to form both diamond & jumper stays. The shrouds meet the mast at the hounds & another set of shrouds runs to the masthead making this a very strong rig.
Deck Gear
The chain plates are 2 1/2 x 1/4 inch stainless steel flat bar externally mounted & thru bolted to the topsides.
