CROWTHER 48 SAILING CATAMARAN  

Launched in 1991, this catamaran has been with one owner for the past 20 years. Together they have done 2 complete Pacific Crossings from Australia to the US and back to SE Asia where she has been cruising for the last several years.

Robustly built at Montys Boatyard in QLD, she is solid glass below the WL using Vinylester resin and Airex Foam sandwich above.

A complete new mast, boom and all fittings were purchased in 2005.

She comes with an almost new sail wardrobe.

The engines were replaced with the latest Yanmar model in 2015 and 2017.

This vessel is roomy beyond description. The volume and headroom throughout is extremely generous and she would be perfect for a young family to achieve their cruising lifestyle dreams. Generous tankage of water and diesel as well as new 400 watt solar panels make her a very self-sufficient cruising home. Huge amount of storage and deck area and her simple finish makes her maintenance friendly.

The vessel has been built with full length mini keels that allow this vessel to be beached with protection offered to the rudders and sail-drives.
